I started looking for a vehicle around May of 2021. In my search I visited approximately 15 dealerships of different brands, makes, and models. I really wanted to purchase a Toyota 4 Runner, however, I could search I visited approximately 15 dealerships of different brands, makes, and models. I really wanted to purchase a Toyota 4 Runner, however, I could not find a dealership who would honor the MSRP. To much bait and switch, lying and hassle. I thought maybe it was just my local market but no. After showing interest in the northeast, northwest and middle of the country I could not find a reputable dealer. I will no longer purchase a Toyota as long as a comparable vehicle is on the market. Sorry for my Toyota Rant! JM Lexus has hand down the best service in the area. First off what I loved is that I got to get out of my car and look around without being harassed by salesmen. The building is the nicest and most up to date. They offer complimentary drinks with comfortable chairs and quality televisions to watch while you wait. Vehicles were being sold at MSRP and not inflated rate by money hungry dealers. My salesman Ryan O'Kuhn was very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part of the whole experience is that Ryan was able to make the sale. I did not have to go and get harassed by a big wig in the back room about prices. Everything was up front and on the table. I can not explain how valuable that experience is. After being lied to by Toyota for months I knew I was finally in the right place. JM Lexus is hands down the best dealership that I have ever been to. More

I decided that Toyota is a xxxxty company and will never purchase a vehicle from them if an equal competitor is out there. Lexus was my second choice. You can’t beat the service at JM Lexus. First off I enjoyed being able to walk and look around without being harassed in the parking lot before I even get out of the car. The building inside is very nice with complimentary water and nice chairs with television entertainment. The best part though is that the person showing and reviewing the cars is the person who actually sold me the car. I did not have to wait for hours and negotiate with some other big wig in the back. Ryan O’Kuhn was able to assist me and get me in my new Lexus. I wanted a 2022 model so I had to order and wait for it. But it was well worth the wait. I could not be happier with my service. More
