I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle, but it wasn't an urgent purchase. This gave me some flexibility to choose which dealerships to call. I found JM Lexus (500+ miles away), looked at their inventory, and was quickly given the price they wanted, for a specific, loaded 2022 RX350L. The vehicle was in a color combination I was interested in, and was in route to the dealership. I was waiting for that moment of "I knew this was too good to be true". That moment never came. This was the best car buying experience I ever had! I want to apologize for being a difficult buyer. I kept thinking that this dealership was just like every other dealership. They tell you one thing, then tell you something differently later on. I was very defensive, waiting for them to be that dealership. Instead, they stayed true to their word, from the first call! I will HIGHLY recommend them to friends, family, anyone. Having such a high review score, with as many reviews, speaks volume! As far as the negative reviews go, most of them seem to be from customers buying a used vehicle. You can have problems with a new car, but unfortunately, you are taking more of a chance buying used. You might have a higher risk of issues with that vehicle, regardless of the vehicle purchased, or where you buy it from. No dealership is going to spend their resources to do a complete teardown of the vehicle, pinpoint every possible problem, and somehow make a profit. This isn't a reflection of JM Lexus specifically. This can happen at any dealership. For me, JM Lexus gained a customer for life! This was my first Lexus, and I could not be any more happier with it! I will certainly be back!
