I have been a Lexus customer for 20 years and keep coming back because JM continues to exceed all service expectations. After ten years and close to 150k miles with my previous vehicle it was time to purch back because JM continues to exceed all service expectations. There are many brand choices by my service representative who I trust put me in touch with Jonathan and after just a few phone calls and emails we were able to settle on all the details. I was then able to schedule an appointment to sign the papers and pick up my new vehicle exactly as communicated without any problems. The only negative is that I had brought my car in for service that day and had already spent $1000 on service by the time I had decided to purchase a new car. It would have been nice to have known in advance so that I could have saved that money. More
