Very good experience working with Bruno De Silva. Darrio Diziamalek was a pleasure to work with. I visited JM this past Wednesday to look into a new vehicle as my wife’s lease was coming due in a few months. Within an hour we had reached a tentative deal on a new vehicle. Once my wife saw the pictures she fell in love with it. I returned on Thursday to finalize the transaction as well as swapping my old car for the new 2022 RX350. That whole process took just under 2 hours. Every time I turned around Darriio was giving me more money. Rebates for being a second time Lexus buyer, gift cars to Ruth Chris, resale of $1750 that I didn’t know existed and they gave me $2000 more in equity on the trade in. There were some others as well, but so many I simply cannot recall right now. I felt like Darrio was so transparent. It was a total of 3 hours to look, talk, sign and drive away in a brand new vehicle. That’s fast. Darrio was very clear and effectively communicated the process to me.
