I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided and the sales manager's knowledge of the cars themselves. I came without a vehicle and left with one that I could not be more happy with. Ryan Chasteen, our service manager did a fantastic job. He was constantly in communication and was accessible throughout the process. When my wife went to pick up her car after her work, the car was neithe He was constantly in communication and was accessible throughout the process. When my wife went to pick up her car after her work, the car was neither washed or vacuumed. She explained to the attendant that her car was not cleaned or washed and he told her that “they don’t wash cars here.” He then took it and returned the car 3 minutes later in the same original state. Of course now I’m hearing it. She was very disappointed. More

Eric Rodgers is a great representative for JM Lexus. He was in touch with me about 5 or 6 weeks prior to the lease expiration of my 2019 ES350. Although there were few new vehicles to look at, Eric was abl was in touch with me about 5 or 6 weeks prior to the lease expiration of my 2019 ES350.
