I had a terrible experience with my service advisor. I typically use Carlos and he’s great, however, during my visit my car is experiencing a hesitation in the mornings and I was told it is what it is the typically use Carlos and he’s great, however, during my visit my car is experiencing a hesitation in the mornings and I was told it is what it is then I asked to have it examined by someone else and the head tech looked at my car and was able to replicate the issue on my car and his at home. However, apparently there’s no fix for this issue. My service advisor called again to explain there’s nothing they can do and again said it is what it is. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and have come to expect to have better service than that. I always get better service from Carlos. More

The overall experience was very positive. Donald Norton was the associate that took care of us and, after listening to the car that we were looking for, found it !
