I always refer anyone I know shopping for a car to him. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles. If you want the same experience, Mike Thomas is highly recommended. JM Lexus service department is also topnotch( oil changes, etc;.) Is also a good experience, they will give you a loaner if needed...Their service is quick and efficient, I have no complaints...I highly , highly recommend Mik Thomas if you are in need of a car!!! This is my fourth year of relationship with Lexus Margate, and Jim Bramble has been my customer service liaison for those four years. If it weren’t for Jim, I would not be driving my beautifully mai Margate, and Jim Bramble has been my customer service liaison for those four years. If it weren’t for Jim, I would not be driving my beautifully maintained, perfectly tuned 2012 Lexus RX350 today. The dealer that originally sold me the used auto four years ago would not stand behind the warranty I purchased. I was in a very stressful position because I needed an auto I could depend on. I was very fortunate when I found Margate and Jim Bramble. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining precisely what was wrong with the car and what they could do to repair it and bring it to a point where I would have complete confidence in it. That was 4 years ago. Today, I sail into the dealership with my Lexus for its normal maintenance schedule and know that I will drive out with complete confidence in an auto that drives like a new car, and I know that Jim will take the time to explain any work done. I think that this dealership has something unique in that they actually care about their clients and their clients’ Lexus, and they have excellent people in the customer service area. More
