I do like my JM dealership, I can not use very strong words or my family will get jealous, however, they do know how to take care of their customers. Recently took my new leased car for a service check and even tho extremely busy still was provided with a loaner and the car was diagnosed and fixed while providing updates on a daily basis keeping me inform and at ease. Service area staying clean during construction time in pandemic time in South Florida was a rare sighting but definitely made me feel safe. Everyone is extremely nice, at first I actually was surprised but then I remembered that it's JM Lexus and everyone's here is friendly and open, no wonder I keep coming back to the same dealership in the last 25 years.
