I mean the warmth in his voice over the phone was so pleasant. ☺️ I did the application, and I was then contacted by Ryan A.. he literally broke down every detail, and suggested great options, which I appreciated. Ryan suggested vehicles that were in my budget. I walked in, and the process began. I don’t even think I was there for more than 40 mins. Ryan A was on it. He was smooth, and very personable… He was so Terrific, at his job.. I had to ask how long he’s been working with JM Lexus. To which he informed me three years. I left with a Brand new 2021 Nx 300 Sport. He even placed a Big Red Bow, just so I could feel special and take a picture of my new vehicle.
