Inside of the car was dirty! I have the Fidelity (JM&A) prepaid maintenance plus….i believe that maybe a problem for your dealership because once before I was told my tires were rotated after inspection of my vehicle that wasn’t the case they apologize took the vehicle back in to the shop and rotated the tires!!! That caused me to be at the dealership that much longer..Hmmm I was not happy with that… I have no problem the Service advisor Xavier he always keeps me updated with what happing with the vehicle with a call or text More
