So disappointed with their service department. Sold So disappointed with their service department. Sold faulty tires that went bald after 10k miles and car not even a year old. Retailers Jiffy Lube and Tire kingdom reported they were defective or major issue with suspension. Brought to dealer and they couldn’t care less. Said, “that’s what tires do”. Even with a 60k warranty they wouldn’t assist. Only tried to get me to pay over $700 to replace the two front tires, when the same ones are available for $160 from tire rack. This just seems like such a scam. Put faulty tires on car to drive people back to dealer and have them replace. Senior service manager lacked empathy and any concern to fix problem other than ask for money from me. Raised to service manager and again said that’s what tires do. Never again will I visit and will be sure to tell others to avoid Lexus for scamming clients along with JM Lexus. More
