Amazing service! Brought in my 2016 LS as the suspension system light was on. Knew it was out of warranty, but it only had 24K miles on it. Service provider said it could be a fuse to the air system. Basica system light was on. Knew it was out of warranty, but it only had 24K miles on it. Service provider said it could be a fuse to the air system. Basically a couple of hundred dollars to 3K. Well it was the 3K, but here is the kicker, when they called me they said they were going to try and call Lexus to get them to cover this, I did not even ask, who does that? It is out of warranty, they know I need to fix it, they could have easily said it is 3K what do you want to do? In the end the entire repair cost me nothing. In this day and time it is rare to find honest people looking to go the extra mile for a happy customer. They certainly surpassed that in my book. I am extremely grateful and I am glad I choose JM to purchase my LS. More
