Awful experience. After 5 years going there, I am not going back. Jim and Ryan these two xxxxx made my experience the worst. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Two items prevent me from giving the dealership 5 stars. First, it would have been very helpful to me if I could have gotten my old car driven back home, or b prevent me from giving the dealership 5 stars. First, it would have been very helpful to me if I could have gotten my old car driven back home, or been picked up the next day to come back and retrieve the car. But no one was available as it was a very busy couple of day. Understandable. Secondly, there were dozens of "micro scratches" around the door handles that could have been easily been removed by the dealership with scratch remover cream. They were not so I bought some scratch remover and did it myself. A simple fix which would lead to a 5 star review. Ryan O'Kuhn was a pleasure to work with and that made all the difference in my positive experience. Despite how busy he was with the December To Remember, he took time to help and educate me on my new RX350. He gets 5 stars! More
