I have used Margate Lexus for service ever since I bought my Lexus. The primary reason is because Jim Bramble is there and takes the time to explain any and all work that my auto might need. As a woman, this is highly important as I rely on my auto tremendously. I bought this auto from a used car dealer and they would not stand behind its problems so I started researching and chose Lexus Margate because of Jim Bramble. He explained all of the issues and resolutions in terms I could understand and as a result, I decided I would keep the car. I have not had a single issue with it since and know that it was due to Jim’s awareness and understanding of the issues involved and taking the time/making the effort to explain them so that I would trust the car again. We were fortunate to get a fantastic sales manager, RYAN O’KUHN, who handled our every need from start to finish. That diminished our Covid contacts and avoided what other dealerships do with haggling prices and calling in reinforcements to shove a deal down your throat. Ryan bent over backwards to make the situation very pleasant and easy for us. Actually, we came with the intent to try out our first SUV -and then go home and contemplate the purchase. Additionally, I would be remiss if I did not mention to you that I was referred to JM Lexus by a very good friend, who is a long-time satisfied customer driving his third JM Lexus. His related experience was a major factor in my decision to work exclusively with JM Lexus to begin with. As a retired 35-year public servant, I very much appreciate dedication, selflessness, and teamwork. My lexus is still under warranty yet they charged me $114 to diagnose my problem. My car was vibrating and they said it was a defective tire. I tried very hard to do so but Rachel couldnt find what I needed and refused to request it from another dealership. On my own I called numerous ones and then drove to Winter Park, Florida. For the last 3 years I have had JM Lexus service and repair my car and dont think they need to be so cheap and petty about the $5 monthly car wash. Ellen More
