My lexus is still under warranty yet they charged me $114 to diagnose my problem. My car was vibrating and they said it was a defective tire. I tried very hard to do so but Rachel couldnt find what I needed and refused to request it from another dealership. On my own I called numerous ones and then drove to Winter Park, Florida. For the last 3 years I have had JM Lexus service and repair my car and dont think they need to be so cheap and petty about the $5 monthly car wash. Ellen More
