Things started great - great car, nice staff. But now it's been three months and we don't have our plates yet. The first snag was that we hadn't sent the right insurance paperwork but we didn't even find it's been three months and we don't have our plates yet. The first snag was that we hadn't sent the right insurance paperwork but we didn't even find out (and how would we have known?) that was the case until it'd been a month and we needed new temp tags so we had to call. No one follows up proactively or reaches out with more information. Instead we have to chase them for repeated temp tags, and have heard absolutely zero as to the status of our plates. It's always "let me check and get back to you". We've been trying to not be total nags but it feels impossible, and I still have no idea when or if I'll end up with real plates. Emails went unanswered, voicemails unanswered, text messages unanswered. I had to beg at one point in a voicemail because our temp tags were expiring and I was panicked about driving illegally. Mainly I just want a tracking number or something to know that my plates might actually show up someday.... More
