My husband and I have been loyal to JM Lexus for almost 20years. No longer we have loyalty to this dealership. One of our car lease is coming to the end soon. We scheduled appointment with of managers to i 20years. No longer we have loyalty to this dealership. One of our car lease is coming to the end soon. We scheduled appointment with of managers to investigate our options. He met us on time but right from the bat we were told that he was tied up with another client. After repeating a few times that he feels so bad not to be able to assist us, he suggested a sales person in his team. Since we already were there, we agreed on meeting that person. When she arrived her tension was visible. She browsed on computer for 5 min and then offered to go out on a lot. Once we got out, she announced that her next appointment was there and she has to leave us but we can browse through the lot as much as we can. At that moment the loyalty to JM Lexus was gone. By the way, we came in with intension of purchasing couple years old car and pay cash for it. My husband and I looked at each other, got in a car and drove away. The golden rule of sale is to treat customers the way you want to be treated. I wonder if any of these 2 dealership employees would like to be treated the way we were treated. More
