Have used JM Lexus for excellent service since 2015 with various leases from out-of-state. Now it was time to lease a new vehicle from JM since I am a FL resident. Initial experience was not good: 1:15 appo various leases from out-of-state. Now it was time to lease a new vehicle from JM since I am a FL resident. Initial experience was not good: 1:15 appointment but miscommunication had them schedule me with the specialist to buy the leased car. When he found out I wanted a new lease he said he couldn’t help me & I’d need to make a new appt with someone else! Since I live appx 40 min away I was not happy.
