My entire experience today was Excellent! I had my 5,000 mile service but more importantly I had a flat tire. Roadside assistance came to my house to put my spare tire on and then at the dealer they didn't mile service but more importantly I had a flat tire. Roadside assistance came to my house to put my spare tire on and then at the dealer they didn't charge me to fix the flat tire even though they found a piece of a blade on the inside of the tire. I really appreciated that! More

I was hesitant about buying a used car since Ive had some near death experiences in the past with them. Mike Dubler was so patient with me and answered every single question I had about the vehicles history. near death experiences in the past with them. He test drove the car with me and when I called him back later that day with more questions he would call me back immediately once he found the answers. Unfortunately the next day I was available to revisit the car Mike was off but he left me in the very capable hands of Anthony Hyppolyte. Anthony was just as paitent with me and made me feel like I was apart of the lexus family even though I wasnt there to buy an actual lexus. Anthony never left us unattended for long stretches of time which I found other dealers in the area would do to me while they went to "go make a copy" of some form or ask a supervisor a question. I had brought a male companion because dealers seem to take advantage when female customers are shopping alone. I found myself thinking that I had waisted my friends time because the price of the car is transparent. No dealer fees, no ridiculous inflated document fees, etc. Just a fair priced vehicle, taxes, and license plate transfer fee. I expressed my fear of used cars to Anthony and asked if I could bring the car to a mechanic. Anthony reassured me that I had 72 hours to return the car should I have any issues. My mechanic gave my car the seal of approval and I am so thankful for both of you for being so patient and making the car buying experience stress free, quick, and easy! Also, the free car washes is such a great bonus that make you guys stand out. Ive been bragging about it! More
