We were very fortunate to work with Ryan O'kuhn who listened carefully as we explained what we were looking for and was able to provide valuable information to help us make our choice. Ryan is a straightforward, authentic and helpful sales manager and he made the entire process go smoothly. Ryan found exactly the car that we were looking for in the desired color combination and features within 24 hours. He was very patient and thorough answering all our questions. After visiting JM, we went to a another dealership to test-drive a different vehicle and were so disappointed that we left within minutes.
