I have been fortunate to have been to several Lexus dealership service departments throughout the country. J M Lexus Is a nice dealership but it would not be one of my higher rated ones. No matter what you bring your car in for, they always seem to find additional work that needs to be done. They offer this work as “A Recommendation”. However, the seed has been planted and of course you error on the side of caution. I think this is part of their strategy. When I received my final invoice, one part was $30 more than what I was quoted. This was pointed out to my service writer who corrected it immediately. This could have been an honest mistake. My recommendation, check your bill closely. More
