Another Lexus dealer showed us two cars that we test drove and were interested in. As time went by the price increased by over $1,500 and I noticed that the tires were not new, intact there were two different makers. As I asked more questions I was very unsure of what I was purchasing. At JM Lexus we were shown Lexus certified cars with a complete review and extended warranties (the other dealers would upgrade and give new tires for $700 more). Sandley St Hilaire was very helpful in making sure we found the right car (even following us home to pick up the down payment , which I had forgotten. More
