I leased my very first NX in January of 2016. My second lease was in December of 2017 and that was with another NX My experience with JM Lexus has by far been the best. I remembered when LEXUS changed to lease was in December of 2017 and that was with another NX My experience with JM Lexus has by far been the best. I remembered when LEXUS changed to LEXUS Plus and at the moment I thought, why are they making all these changes. Needles to say, I love the integration with Lexus now being a Lexus Plus dealership with no dealer fees and one single point of contact. This makes my experience even more personable. I recently had to return my lease and was undecided if I should lease another NX or purchase. I called and spoke to Khalid and he had the most attractive offers to assist with my decision. Khalid and Bruno collaborated together and made sure I had the best offer on the table for well qualified guests. I drove away in a brand new 2020 GS 350 F-Sport and that was all thanks to Bruno Da Salva. Bruno went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. It was a rainy Memorial Day and in spite of the rain, Bruno went out in the lot found the car I wanted and the rest is history. I had lots of questions and Bruno answered all of them with confidence.
