Not only was Dan knowledgeable about the car, but he embodied t Our experience in purchasing an RX350 from Dan Phillips at JM Lexus was the best ever! Not only was Dan knowledgeable about the car, but he embodied the Lexus Plus approach to selling cars. He made it easier, faster, and better. More importantly, we had full confidence in Dan as he led us through the entire process from the test drive through financing and finally to the car pick-up. Never felt pressured or misled. Having to deal with only one individual was a pleasure. Dan was patient in answering all our questions along the way - especially when showing us how to operate all the new features on our RX. Thanks to Dan, we were smiling as we drove our RX off the lot. Look forward to purchasing a car from him again. Highly recommend. More

New Car Purchase The Salesman was very professional and continued to follow up from our first meet until the sale was completed. I had one issue that had to do with J The Salesman was very professional and continued to follow up from our first meet until the sale was completed. I had one issue that had to do with JM Lexus policy and not the sales individual. We agreed to a price for a specific car over the phone on a Thursday. I had other appointments on Friday and because the sales rep was off over the weekend, we could not pick up the car until the following Monday. He told me it was not the policy to hold cars. As a result, we were told the car we wanted was sold on Sunday. We ended up buying another car (same color and options) but with additional options we did not want or need, but had to pay for. We have been buying Lexus products since the mid-1990's and never had this experience from any other Lexus dealers. Other than that everything else was fine. I would suggest that JM Lexus reconsider that policy particularly for returning Lexus customers. More

Dishonest Sales Service I found the used Lexus I wanted to buy on line. I called, spoke to Francisco, asked if the car was still available and was told YES. I asked Francisco I found the used Lexus I wanted to buy on line. I called, spoke to Francisco, asked if the car was still available and was told YES. I asked Francisco to hold the car until I arrived, because I was coming from Ft. Pierce and that it was about a two hour drive. He told me he would hold the car and said he gave the keys to Gary Mueller with the information I given to Francisco. Gary in turn gave the keys to Alicia Stark who went and sold the car that I traveled two hours to buy. How would anyone want to deal with a dealership who have people working for them do this to customers. I heard some real estates agents are a cut throats,, but some car sales persons are the lowest inhumane trash on this earth. I hold Gary Mueller responsible for this horrific outcome. Why anyone would shop there is beyond me. Gary never even had the decency to come and apologize. I'm just glad that there are other Lexus dealers in Florida.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ! More
