The experience was mostly positive and once I was finally referred to a sales manager, it was seamless. I conversed with the internet relationship manager for the majority of interactions and was completely referred to a sales manager, it was seamless. I conversed with the internet relationship manager for the majority of interactions and was completely unaware that I could have completed most of the paperwork online. Nonetheless, everyone was very professional, responsive, and acted with integrity, a lot more than other dealerships.
