We found the car we were interested in on autotrader, and when I contacted the dealer, they were beyond helpful. Didn't do an item I requested When checking in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, I specifically requested resetting my tire pressures, which had been overinflated for s When checking in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, I specifically requested resetting my tire pressures, which had been overinflated for shipping to Florida and caused a rough ride. Advisor said that would be done, as it was part of multi-point inspection I was paying for. After leaving JM Lexus, I checked the tire pressures and found them still overinflated by about 7 pounds. Clearly, they were not adjusted, so I wonder if the inspection also missed checking the brakes, which have occasionally been squeaking recently. Possibly other items may have been overlooked as well. I will adjust the tire pressures myself, but I can't review all the points of the inspection. More
