Prices of comparable cars were within a narrow range so the defining issues became customer service and product satisfaction. In both areas, JM Lexus rose to the top of our list. We were well greeted upon entering the JM showroom and we were impressed that everyone seemed pleased to answer questions as these arose while we were exploring the inventory. Although I was disappointed that the chocolate ice cream was offered without any hot fudge topping, this was offset by the excellence of Jeremy Einhorn who patiently advised, test-road with us and presented financial details without expected surprises or hastles. The searching and then the buying processes under Jeremy's management became pleasant experiences. Despite being a Florida Seminole rival of UM, Jeremy is, without a doubt, the best sales associate we have ever dealt with in 50 years of purchasing automobiles. It will be our pleasure to recommend his service to family and friends. More
