Mr. Gross met my fiancé, John and myself at the showroom upon at our arrival. A wonderful secretary offered us coffee, water, and pretzels! Three essentials for a morning snack! Next, we met Mr. McNeeley, whom retrieved a Lexus NX 300 for us to test drive. Steve Gross ensured us that he would meet us again after the test ride. We went for what was a beautiful and soothing ride. Keep in mind, I drove a Toyota Rav 4 for the past 5 years, a wonderful vehicle, but the sound absorption was weak. Driving should not be loud, just the music! We arrive back to the Lexus dealership and I told Mr. McNeeley that the Atomic Silver Lexus NX 300 with a maroon interior is what my heart beats for. He researched quickly on the computer to see if there is one out on the lot and TA-DAH! Lo and Behold, my future vehicle was summoned. John and I both felt the vehicle was just right. Paperwork is in the works a few minutes later and an offer was given to me. We agreed and CONGRATULATIONS! followed. Mr. Gross gave John and I a tour of the astounding dealership, whist Mr. McNeeley finalized the paperwork. Before you know it, the keys are in my hand and hands are shaken by Mr. McNeeley, Mr. Gross, John, and myself, a proud Lexus driver! You have out done yourself MEN!
