Will never get a car from a different dealer! Best experience ever getting a new car! Is my 5th lexus so I know the car pretty well. I did everything online for the credit application that took me 5 minutes. I was then contacted by the dealer and went to the dealer talk to the seller. I was there for 30 minutes, test drive a car and left. After a few hours they contacted me with the numbers approved by the bank. Honestly not too much to negotiate price was fair no hidden fees. Came back the next day and spend 1 hour signing and picking up the car. They gave me free car wash for life and offer me a great maintenance package that I never get. Great service no pushing, no harassment. I will not get another car from a different dealer than JM. More
