We communicated for almost a week before I finally came in and made a decision. Steve was extremely knowledgeable which ultimately helped me make my decision to lease an NX. I never felt pressured or like I had to hurry up and make a decision. Once I did make a decision the process was extremely easy. In the past, I've been used to waiting at dealerships for hours, once even 6+ hours. This was nothing like that. I was able to walk in, sign the papers, and leave with my beautiful vehicle. I am so happy we were able to work with Steve and get me into a car I absolutely love!! More
