We bought two cars and are overall happy with the purchase. We shopped a competing dealership closer to us who would not order the cars for us without a substantial deposit, and JM Lexus did not requ purchase. One the other hand, the price on one car was increased by $800 because, we were told, door lights had been added on at the port, even though we did not order them and had already agreed to a particular price. Also, the trade-in value of one of our cars was reduced by $1,000, even though we were told that the price was solid. We were also charged more than $300 for removing the wiring of a radar detector on one of our trade ins. Obviously no one likes last minute surprises of this nature, and we walked away feeling a little burned, but we will get over it. We also felt that the technology demonstration could have been less rushed. It's a lot to absorb all at once. Other than that, Paul was a pleasant guy to work with. More
