I've been customer for 20 years and my recent experience was very poor. It started out with Bree. She was very rude & aggressive and when I pointed it out to her, she stated " she was dealing with other iss was very poor. It started out with Bree. She was very rude & aggressive and when I pointed it out to her, she stated " she was dealing with other issues. My vehicle was at the Body Shop for over 30 days, due to concrete damage to the paint. Each time I contacted JIM Lexus', Body Shop for an update, most of the time I received voicemails. I would leave messages for Bree who chose to call me back when she felt like it. There was no sense of urgency in the matter of assisting me. I am a first responder and I rely heavily on my vehicle. After 37 days, I received a call from Mr. Nunez, The Body Shop manager, who stated: "he hopes that I have some money in my pocket and then JM would get some money, and everybody will be happy". I felt disrespected and treated like trash. This experience has been such an eyeopener and so disappointing for me. I've just recently paid of my 2023, Nexus350 and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

This was my 1st time here having recently moved here from Pa where the Lexus dealership we would go to was far superior, in that my car was vacuumed/washed when returned. Their entire setup was far more convenient - the customer actually drives into the bldg where the car is taken. No waiting “area”, but a counter that immediately serves you and always friendly. I had about a half an hour wait at this dealership when arriving on time for my appt. My car was not washed/vacuumed, nor was this offered. The service rep was just ok. He was quite busy. My ins card was needed which was in the glove box, and I had to go out to retrieve this for him. IN THE RAIN. The young woman who delivered the loaner was lovely! So personable and she so kindly explained various things about the car (that I did not know) which was so appreciated. Wish I got her name, as she was a definite asset to that business! Bottom line - the job got done but I had higher expectations, having had a much nicer experience elsewhere. More
