We had been looking at cars for several weeks when we finally met Steven McNeeley at JM Lexus. The entire dealership makes you feel welcome and at home immediately. It is clean and beautiful and comfortable. We drove both an NX and a UX. They were both dreamy but I love something a little out of the ordinary so the UX was definitely for me. Steve pulled up the inventory and the second we saw a red one, my husband knew we were finished. Steve was nice enough to bring the red UX around so that I could drive it. Even though I had driven a different one earlier. Honestly some dealerships and many salesmen would have flat out said, “It will drive just like the other one.” But not Steve. He happily pulled it up and went on yet another test drive. My husband and I could not be happier with our Lexus experience at JM, from start to finish. We got an excellent value for our trade-in and the purchase of my new UX was seamless. Steve made sure that I understood the many features of the car and walked me through signing up for my new Lexus account. He even offered to put the bow on the car, which was not necessary. I didn’t want to wait that long to drive the car again! We highly recommend Steve and JM Lexus. I still open the door into my garage and smile. More

I recently went shopping for a car/suv . I went to JM Lexus and was taken care of by Dan Phillips . He had such patience I went on multiple test drives in 5 different models to help me dec I went to JM Lexus and was taken care of by Dan Phillips . Dealing primarily was just one person as the contact no separate finance people and the no dealer fee made the process very seamless and shorter than usual. When I ultimately picked my chosen vehicle, the delivery process was comprehensive. I can recommend using Dan Phillips and JM Lexus without reservation, by the way, I did price comparisons and the pricing at JM was very competitive on the low side and I’m sure I save money by avoiding all the extra fees, including the dealers fee. Additionally, I received a very favorable trade-in allowance on a lease that was being traded in nine months early, they gave me on the high end of the Kelley blue blue book value. This made the decision to change vehicles much easier as I was not at all upside down. More
