Dealing with Alicia at JM lexus was the best car buying experience I’ve had in quite some time. I worked with her on and off for about 2 weeks. She was always friendly and informative. I never felt pressure to buy or make up my mind in anyway. I test drove several vehicles, a couple more than once. Again, without knowing if I was buying or not Alicia treated me with respect and understood my family’s needs. As far as the dealership itself, I think the one person(point) connection is a fabulous idea and hope more dealers go the same route. As much as I love cars, buying them has always been the worst part. Outstanding Out of State Purchase I first contacted JM on a vehicle that sold just moments before I called the delerarahip. I wanted a very specific vehicle and had been looking for on I first contacted JM on a vehicle that sold just moments before I called the delerarahip. I wanted a very specific vehicle and had been looking for one with my specifications for months and this was the one except it was already sold. Several weeks later Kahled called me with a new arrival that was everything I wanted. We put a deposit down over the phone and I flew from Atlanta to pick up my new car. Kahled picked me up from the airport and upon arriving at the beautiful dealership the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The car was everything I was told it was and they had me in and out promptly but took the necessary time to get me comfortable with my new car. And to top it off I saved $1000’s at JM! I had researched my particular vehicle nationwide for months and no one anywhere offered the price I received at JM. It was well worth the flight from Atlanta to Ft Lauderdale! The only department I can say might not be a perfect 10 is the detailing. I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the condition of my pre-owned. But, I highly recommend JM Lexus for anyone looking to purchase!
