Dealing with Alicia at JM lexus was the best car buying experience I’ve I’m a car lover that has owned all kinds of vehicles from Fords to Ferrari’s. Dealing with Alicia at JM lexus was the best car buying experience I’ve had in quite some time. I worked with her on and off for about 2 weeks. She was always friendly and informative. I never felt pressure to buy or make up my mind in anyway. I test drove several vehicles, a couple more than once. Again, without knowing if I was buying or not Alicia treated me with respect and understood my family’s needs. As far as the dealership itself, I think the one person(point) connection is a fabulous idea and hope more dealers go the same route. As much as I love cars, buying them has always been the worst part.
