After arriving at the dealer to lease a new Lexus, I can tell that this dealer was very different from our past experience in leasing our first Lexu After arriving at the dealer to lease a new Lexus, I can tell that this dealer was very different from our past experience in leasing our first Lexus. Our salesman, Jerry Gruher was very attentive and straightforward with us. Kind, confident and full of knowledge, he showed us so many different things during the test drive that went above and beyond any normal salesman would have done. Jerry painstakingly went over every option on all the cars safety features along with all the other bells and whistles the car had to offer. He explained all that we needed to know from the price we were going to pay, to the color of the cars available on the model that we wanted (ES 350). Picking up the car the next day, after the sale had already been made, Jerry was once again the star. He took us on a full tour of the service center, which included some breakfast for me and my husband and my grandson! He introduced us to the service manger, and allowed us to enjoy the many rewards JM Lexus has to offer its customers. After putting on the plate of my new 2018 Lexus Es 350, he even took the time out to set up my navigation and hook up my iPhone and my husbands to the car!
