Nothing special This vehicle purchase was nothing like my first purchase from JM Lexus in 2015. I spent hours at the Dealership to only receive average customer service and I spent more time playing on my cell phone alone than I did with the sales person. In 2015, I spent hours at the dealership, most of the time there negotiating prices, great customer service and I didn't feel neglected. Not to mention, they gave me a coffee mug and luggage set with my purchase. So, I'm not too impressed with this purchase from JM. More
