Smooth, expeditious straight forward experience Khaled and Leah were very easy to deal with. I was skeptical of the new sales program as it redefines the car buying process. I am one of the few who actually look forward to the car buying process and negotiation thus this was contrary to my expectations. That said, walking through the experience without the pressure or back and forth was both relaxing and refreshing. Having researched prices for what I bought I can walk away feeling as if the deal was fair, not above market and removes all of the anxiety associated with the “hidden” negotiation of buying a car.
