I was fortunate enough to get Dan Phillips as my sales person. There was no haggling over price and everything that was promised was delivered. I never felt rushed by Dan and he also took the time to explain how to use my new vehicle. He was very attentive and returned phone calls promptly. When he didn’t have a car in color I wanted in stock he found one for me and gave me an approximate delivery time. He even met that timeline. I would highly recommend Dan and JM Lexus. More

Par Excellence On the day I leased my new car I had truly just taken my current vehicle in for routine maintenance. I had not the first inkling to be looking at a ne On the day I leased my new car I had truly just taken my current vehicle in for routine maintenance. I had not the first inkling to be looking at a new car. While still there I received a call from Eric Rodgers in VIP Sales who asked about my interest in turning in my lease car early and looking at getting a newer model. I was fearful of considering such an offer as I am aware that doing this too early in a lease is not always a financially wise decision. However, I did agree to meet and discuss. To my genuine surprise Eric was not only able to make this a wise financial decision for me but also saved me much time and frustration by fulfilling all the roles of the leasing/purchasing process normally included in such a transaction. I engaged with Eric and no one else from beginning to end. He was courteous, patient, informative, professional, and clearly demonstrated a servant's heart throughout our time together. Because of this level of service I then proceeded to consider making a deal on a second car for my partner and ended up leaving that day with two vehicles....when I didn't even come looking for one! JM Wows Again! I've just purchased my second lease from JM Lexus. A week prior to taking delivery of my second Lexus, I was skeptical of the entire Lexus Plus sales I've just purchased my second lease from JM Lexus. A week prior to taking delivery of my second Lexus, I was skeptical of the entire Lexus Plus sales model, since it's somewhat still in it's infancy stage. I've gone to two other Lexus dealerships in my area. I was confident that I'll get a better deal than what JM Lexus initially offered me; however, I was sadly mistaken. JM Lexus price was at least 8k less than what the other Lexus dealerships wanted for the same vehicle with similar options and packages. Upon returning to JM Lexus to close on a 2018 GS 350 F Sport, I was greeted by Mr. Anthony Pezzuto. Mr Pezzuto was very thorough in explaining my deal. Which is something, I greatly appreciate when making a large purchase such as a vehicle. He did an amazing job addressing my concerns and entertaining my endless questions. He was also very patient, especially when I had to step aside and deliberate the deal with my friend "multiple" times. All in all, Mr. Pezzuto was a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends and family members. More
