In short the whole purchase experience was totally stress-free and amazing. Jonathan was extremely patient, without pressing us. He handled the entire transaction, financing, paperwork, etc., from the start to us leaving the lot in our new vehicle. There was no negotiations, haggling, sales pressure and bad tempered finance manager that you come to dread when purchasing from a dealership.
