Certainly having the Lexus Plus change made leasing my SUV so much more relaxed and fun. However, German's explanations of the new system of leasing or buying a car, was informative, clear and easy to understand, his knowledge of the SUV was extensive and his caring nature made the whole experience an A+++++++. I truly appreciated his tutorial once we signed the dotted line. He made sure that I understood everything about the car. It made a huge difference for me---much better than any other time leasing one. My husband and I have already recommended German to friends and will continue to sing praises about him.
