Professional, fare and friendly I came into the "new" JM Lexus dealership to swap out my old lease for a new one. I originally spoke to Dario who referred to me Omar! What a courteou I came into the "new" JM Lexus dealership to swap out my old lease for a new one. I originally spoke to Dario who referred to me Omar! What a courteous, professional and friendly person Omar is! Omar was more than happy to take his time showing me all he had in their inventory. He mentioned several times to me all that's important is me being happy, even if that meant not purchasing a vehicle with him or at JM. I felt absolutely no pressure! He was patient with me, allowing me to test drive anything I wanted. He even noticed that my 16 year old daughter was getting bored. After 3 hours he offered to have one of their valets drive her home! I have delt with other dealerships in that last 9 years of my being a Lexus customer, and I will never go anywhere else again. The no haggle philosophy at JM is the BEST! Who has the time and patience spending days going back and forth negotiating? I am an upfront woman, who appreciates honesty, fairness and no game playing! This was by far the easiest and quickest transaction. However, I would still love to have that pink bling travel coffee cup thrown in! Gotta try, LOL! Thanks again Omar, Dario and all of JM Lexus.
