I was skeptical on the phone that I would get a good deal, but the numbers didn’t lie! Truly the best deal I’ve gotten yet on a Lexus and what a great buying experience! I dealt with Khaled - a very polite, patient, helpful guy. I never felt like I was pressured or like anything didn’t add up. The facility itself is very nice. Self serve snack bar, nice waiting area with ipads... They do an astounding amount of customizations for all the vehicles as well. When my friend moves here next month, this is where I’m taking her!! Thank you!! More

Dishonest I had been a long time customer; having owned three Lexus cars. I went in for a service appointment. They dinged my car front bumper and door. Someone I had been a long time customer; having owned three Lexus cars. I went in for a service appointment. They dinged my car front bumper and door. Someone there stole my jumper cables from the trunk of my car. The manager refused to fix the dings. The service associate who I initially thought was nice, discreetly disappeared. The manager proceeded to argue with me over it and made quite the scene. He was clearly implying that I was lying. I didn't find out that my jumper cables were stolen until I got home. It was all very upsetting. They have really gone downhill with their customer service. I remember a time when they took better car of my car and make me fell special as a customer. I haven't been back since. They lost me as a customer. More
