However, German's explanations of the new system of leasing or buying a car, was informative, clear and easy to understand, his knowledge of the SUV was extensive and his caring nature made the whole experience an A+++++++. I truly appreciated his tutorial once we signed the dotted line. He made sure that I understood everything about the car.
