Outstanding Sales Experience at JM Lexus w/ Anthony Pezzuto I had been driving a Lexus RX 330 for the last ten years. It was a 2005 and still looked and drove great. I had limited service on it but decided that because it had 167k miles on it, it was time to get a newer one. I never even considered any other vehicle but Lexus. I searched online and found exactly the champagne color I wanted. I walked into the dealership with my girlfriend and met Anthony. He was personable and knowledgeable. We test drove my L certified 2015 and I loved it. I tried to negotiate the price but he would not budge. The next week, I received an alert that the price on that car was reduced. I went back in, drove it again and wanted to think about it. Then I got busy with work and when Anthony called me to follow up, I told him I was staging a home and asked if he could deliver it. He did, brought all the paperwork and delivered to a home in Coconut Creek that I was selling. He explained the features of the car and switched my plate and I was good to go. More
