My wife and I have been dealing with car dealers since 1953 when we bought our first car, and now 65 years later we have leased our second car with JM Lexus. The facility is excellent, comfortable and easy to get around. Your staff is helpful and does not jump at you when you walk through the door. But to get to the real point.Tim Spellman is n excellent "CONSULTANT'' In the almost three years since we first leased a car and that was with your dealership, Tim Spellman has been calling us frequently during that period asking if there is any thing we need and what can he do for us. By the time we completed our contract on July 1 I think we had seen or talked on the phone to Tim about 7 or 8 times. He is the kind of salesman I have dreamt about for 65 years. He is gentlemanly, prompt, complete in his answers, never ever feel intimidated. Let's put it this way. You have an outstanding sales person in Tim and that is coming from a man who has been through dozens of sales people. This was the most comfortable car deal I have ever made. You should be proud of Tim Spellman. He has integrity and is trustworthy to the core. More

I was fortunate to work with Alicia on a lease in 2015, and again this past weekend for a new Lexus. Not only is she patient and knowledgeable, she has the ability to make a customer feel like HER time is completely YOUR time. I've been in dealerships before where once you say yes, the sales person has "mentally" left the transaction. Not so with Alicia! She discovered a missing front floor mat, and ran around late n a Saturday afternoon, even when we told her we could certainly wait a few days for it.
