Best Dealer Experience thanks to Fran Levine & Long Giang Why I chose JM Lexus over the others. I was very indecisive in which car to buy (Lexus, BMW or Audi) and whether to lease or buy. So, I visited 1 A Why I chose JM Lexus over the others. I was very indecisive in which car to buy (Lexus, BMW or Audi) and whether to lease or buy. So, I visited 1 Audi, 2 BMW and 4 Lexus dealers over the past two months and test drove the different makes and sedan models. I was partial to Lexus since it's what I was accustomed to driving. As I considered my choices and reviewed my notes Fran at JM Lexus was the ONLY salesperson that was forth coming of what my TOTAL COST would be, if I chose a certain car. She even gave me the printout, so I can compare before I buy (all the others wanted to know what I wanted my payments to be and would not share the details with me); even though I informed her that I was trying to see what's best for me and was shopping at the time. She never changed her demeanor no matter how many questions I asked, how many changes I made or how much of her time I took. She made me feel like she wanted to make me happy with my decision and not just the sale. I must tell you that because of Fran and Long, professionalism, patience and thorough explanations I drove 45 minutes to the JM Lexus of Margate to purchase from Fran. It's only been 1 day but I have no regrets. KUDOS to: JM LEXUS, FRAN LEVINE and LONG GIANG!!! More

He explained everything to us, took us on a test drive and then ushered us through all the necessary paperwork. Michael then showed us how to use all the many features that came with the car.
