Starting with my phone inquiry, he understood exactly what I wanted and needed, and had quick, accurate answers to all my questions. He was not pushy, nor did he offer anything other than exactly what I wanted. He quickly set up an appointment (convenient to my schedule) for the test drive and after several hours, I drove home in my new car. His attention to detail, accurate and in-depth knowledge of the vehicle being offered, as well as his willingness to address my needs were amazing. And after the purchase, he dedicated a good amount of time in the car to explain in detail how it worked and even set up my favorite radio stations! Again... what a difference with other salespersons at other dealerships! Working with Omar was hassle-free, and I would not hesitate to recommend him highly. And, I am delighted with my new car! Gary’s extensive knowledge of the features of so many different vehicles was very impressive and made my selection so much easier without feeling any pressure to decide immediately (although I did!).
