He was not pushy, nor did he offer anything other than exactly what I wanted. He quickly set up an appointment (convenient to my schedule) for the test drive and after several hours, I drove home in my new car. His attention to detail, accurate and in-depth knowledge of the vehicle being offered, as well as his willingness to address my needs were amazing. And after the purchase, he dedicated a good amount of time in the car to explain in detail how it worked and even set up my favorite radio stations!
