That includes 50 years worth of car buying experience, 15 of those years with JM. I called JM lexus Monday morning and Alex answered the call. I told Alex exactly what I wanted to pay and exactly which car I wanted. He told me he could actually do better. That was incredible in itself. I met him an hour later at JM and he had the car at the front door ready for me to see. My wife wanted a different interior and Alex found that one and we left with our new IS 300. Alex made sure we understood everything about everything. Even offered to come to our house if we had any problem with setting garage opener. Alex totally exceeded any expectation.
